Central Valley Early Learning Center

The Central Valley Early Childhood Program believes that a high-quality education and care program provides a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of the child while responding to the needs of families. We believe each child is an individual with certain basic needs. We strive to provide an environment filled with rich and varied experiences which encourages the development of creative interests and abilities. Our aim is to provide an environment that will allow each child to reach his or her highest potential and enable them to meet the demands of an ever-changing world.
Each staff member endeavors to implement the following objectives:
- Help children and families acquire a sense of personal worth and dignity.
- Teach children personal and social responsibilities by providing experiences for their growth and development as individuals and as members of a group and instill respect for the opinions and rights of other cultures and individuals.
- Provide children with an atmosphere of love, understanding, and acceptance in order to foster good physical, mental, social and emotional development.
- Develop a high degree of open communication between the program, school, home and community.
